The CLOV System does not use cookies. We collect the following personal information from you when you request for your Digital ID:

• Name
• Contact Information (including mobile number, email address and postal address)

Use

The collected personal information is utilized solely for processing your Digital ID and is not shared with any outside parties. The information enables us to provide clients with appropriate updates in an ordely and timely manner.

Access and Correction

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information you submitted through the CLOV. For any concerns, please contact your nearest Embassy or Consulate at your area.
